Mobile Personal Training and Massage Sport and Exercise has been my passion for many years. When I was young my focus was Swimming and Hockey.

Leading to me studying and obtaining a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. I continued these sports through High School and picked up competitive Snow Skiing also. As a bet to a friend I got into Rowing. This became my life and passion where I rowed for Waikato and the NZ U21 squad.
