Dry needling is a technique used regularly here at The Physio Studio π‘. Clients are often amazed at how quickly they can change within a session of dry needling, allowing them to get back to doing what they love sooner! ππΌ

Along with this, we use a variety of other manual techniques to help decrease your pain and improve your range of motion. We always treat the body as a whole and look at areas away from the injured site, that may be contributing to the problem. After all, we are complex beings! π€ΈπΌββοΈ

So many people suffer from work-related neck and back pain which they are βjust used to living withβ. However, this does not have to be the case!
Often a tight chest can impact our posture and cause added strain to our neck muscles. We also need to have enough mobility in our mid-back (thoracic spine) to allow us to sit upright and keep the joints in our back in a happier position ππ.
Reducing the muscle tension in our chest, neck and back + improving our spinal mobility can make a huge difference! ππΌ
If you have any questions or would like to be assessed call 027 480 7070 or check out thephysiostudio.co.nz ππ».
