That’s a wrap! Thanks everyone for all your support and hard work over the years. As I move onto the next chapter, I did want to let you know my personal training services will be available but online coaching only for limited spots, as I move into a new full time role working at ACC. I have loved my time as a personal trainer at snap fitness, but excited for what’s next! Cheers team 💛

As Aleisha embarks on her next journey, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for her dedication and hard work. While we will miss her, we are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead for her. Remember, our doors are always open for you to visit or collaborate again. Farewell, but not goodbye Aleisha. Thank you for the great times here at Snap Fitness Ashburton.

Aleisha's last day will be on the 17th of April. We are all getting together on Tuesday the 16th @ Joe's Garage from 7:30pm till 9pm. All welcome.

- One on one personal training sessions, 30min or 45mins sessions
- Group personal training sessions, get a friend(s) or partner for joint sessions
- Sports teams training
- Personalised training programming every 6 or 8 weeks for in gyms
- Personalised training programming for individuals who do not want to step foot in gyms, along with lifestyle coaching
- I offer sit down sessions to calculate your personalised calorie and protein targets, which includes help on nutrition through feedback on food diaries and ongoing support via weekly check ins, conversations on better choices and healthy eating guidelines. Tips on cutting down calories with simple swap outs and help you gain a better understanding/awareness on nutrition for a healthy relationship with food
- I offer 10min screening sessions which includes measurements, body fat assessments via skin folds, photos for those who want a way to assess progress and keep accountability
- I offer 1RM sessions (one rep max testing)
- I run HIIT classes
- I offer sit down goal setting sessions, discussions on barriers and how we can overcome them so we don’t hold ourselves back

Anyone can book in for any of my services, all abilities/fitness levels welcomed. Banter comes free with all services, I encourage this all to feel relaxed and enjoyable, because the truth is we don’t often stick to things we don’t enjoy. So let’s have fun with it along the way ☺️

Shy for photos, not shy for heavy lifting!! PBS for Renee: deadlifts 137.5kg, 132.5kg squat, 77.5kg bench press! Another one who just works year in year out. No excuses and no missed sessions. One of the fittest and strongest girls I know!

Thoroughly enjoyed completing this course on Pregnant and Postnatal Training. I’ve learnt heaps and look forward to putting this knowledge into practice for women who want to work with a personal trainer who has the right education around pre and post natal training ☺️
