Mt Somers Golden Oldies - Tussock Crawlers

Well its that time of year again fellas! 1st "training🍺 " of the year is this Thursday 5th March 7pm, bar will be open and we will find some tucker to cook up!

The golden oldies were hard at it today splitting firewood!🪵🪓 Thanks to all that came along.

Tonight we head back to the 80s!! Dust off the denim and the neon shirts its time to party 🥳
We have prizes for the best dressed male and female, a huge thanks to The Mount - Bar and Café for kindly donating these. The all blacks vs Australia game will be on live from 5pm with the live music kicking off following the end of the game. $20 per person, supper supplied.

The Golden Oldies are off to a tournament this Saturday in Kirwee and are just a tad short of numbers, if you would be keen for a run around or even a brisk walk we would love to see you there!! First game is at 11am

This Sunday we welcome The Raukapuka roosters from Geraldine up to the Mt! Come along and witness what should be a great game of rugby!!Kick off 2pm, anyone keen to have a wee jog around or even a brisk walk meet at the clubrooms around 1pm.

This Sunday the Golden Oldies lads hit the road up to Kaiapoi to take on the Kavaliers ! If you are after something to do Sunday afternoon jump in the car and head out to watch some world class footy!! Or even bring your boots and have a wee jog around with the boys.
Kick off 2pm at the Kaiapoi Rugby Club.🏉🍻

To finish off their Centennial weekend Hampstead Rfc have invited us downtown for a game of footy!! Be good to see a good crowd to watch the Tussock Crawlers, and if you're keen for a sneaky wee run bring ya boots !!
