Congratulations to Ashlee Strawbridge on being named Sports Person of the Year at the Mid Canterbury Sports Awards 🏆🏀

Representing New Zealand on the international stage at events including the FIBA Asia Cup and World Cup Qualifiers, Ashlee continues to perform at the highest level both at home and overseas.

An incredible achievement and a well-deserved recognition for not only her success in basketball, but also the inspiration she provides to aspiring athletes across Mid Canterbury. 👏

Huge congratulations to Chloe Peck on taking out the Para Athlete of the Year award at the Mid Canterbury Sports Awards 🏆

Chloe’s dedication and success in wheelchair basketball continues to inspire so many within our community. Being recognised nationally as Female Player of the Year in the New Zealand Wheelchair Basketball League, while proudly representing Canterbury, is an incredible achievement and truly well deserved.

We are incredibly proud to see Chloe recognised for her hard work, resilience, and contribution to inclusive sport. 👏🏀
