Busy winter classes last night with Coach Melissa and Janel hitting closed guard attacks in a very full Essentials class and then Coach Corban with another busy General class working Open Guard and take down warmups .

Congratulations to Forge BJJ's newest Blue Belts Zion and Pete . Definitely well deserved grades with Zion taking out his white belt division and Pete wining the blue belt division on Saturday.
Coach Corban has turned out two top of the line blue belts that are going to be a threat to all in there divisions .

Wednesday night BJJ rocking it out with some of our coloured belts running the Essentials class it feels so good to be able to sit back and watch our coloured belts passing on what they have learnt and doing it so well .
