This is just the beginning, with many more to come.
What an amazing achievement. Subbiah Sundara
Our very own Selwin making it to the New Zealand Under-19 squad honestly feels surreal. Still feels nostalgic thinking back to when he was just 13, turning up to our league with raw skills and big dreams. From that early start, he never missed a season played all six, including this year.
There are emotions everywhere right now because this one feels personal. Someone from our own has made it, and that makes it so special.
Pure hard work really does pay off. A massive shout-out to his family to their constant support, dedication, and belief behind the scenes have meant everything in this journey.
Wishing him all the success in the world and hoping he goes as high as his talent can take him. TNPL NZ and everyone around it are right behind you, supporting you in every way.
Go hard, mate.
You’re already a role model for the younger kids coming through.
Enjoy the tournament and do the country proud.
Peace ✌️
