It's been a while since I last posted. We have now moved and are settled in the new place.

The good weather is certainly making us think of our riding goals for summer.
Time to make sure the horses are feeling 100% before training starts
Today we had Equilibrium back massage and percussion massage.

Back massage for 30 minutes to improve circulation 💕
As most of you know Zen has had a hard few months. He has had numerous abscess and as a consequence his body has suffered. Compensation and confinement have taken a toll.
He's not had an abcess for the past month so we are slowly building his strength and activity level.

Solarium treatment to help improve blood flow and reduce muscle tension in this cold wet weather.
Our first treatment with the frequency wand. Using terahertz, blue light and heat to treat stiffness and muscle fatigue.
As you can see it was received with total relaxation. .

I am looking forward to hosting a day of relaxation, provide education on holistic therapies I often use when working with equines and a chance for you to enjoy a terahertz treatment for yourself.
The day will benefit both horse and owners health and wellbeing.
A small friendly group of like minded people.
✴️Starting at 10am with a session on mindfulness relaxation and it's benefits to our horsemanship
✴️A short video on the meridians in equines
Lunch provided
✴️Hands on to practice chakra cleansing with our horses
✴️End the day with each participant recieving a treatment using the terahertz wand.
