Hi everyone,

A quick update and a couple of congratulations to share!

First up — a big well done to our competition winners from Matt Corin Realty’s recent appraisal giveaway:

* Ben, who’s won two tickets to the ASB Classic Women’s Final

* Shelley, who’s won the Babolat Tennis Backpack

Thanks to everyone who entered and booked either a digital or in-person appraisal with Matt. It was great to see so many members get involved.

As a reminder, Matt is one of our key club sponsors — and he continues to support Torbay Tennis Club in a pretty incredible way.
If you, or someone you know, is thinking of selling and you refer them to Matt, he’ll donate $5,000 back to the club once the property is sold (terms and conditions apply).

It’s a genuine win-win: help a fellow member, support the club, and improve our facilities at the same time.
And yes — he’s the same Matt known for those spin and slice shots that drive half the club mad… but in a good way!

Matt’s put together a quick video explaining how the sponsorship works — well worth a watch:

And here’s the full write-up on his website if you’d like more detail:

Thanks again to everyone who entered, and congrats to our winners!

Kind Regards,

Matt Corin
