Today we didnโt just have ONE 500 club celebration but TWO!! and both his their milestones this week and we threw a big 6am bash!
We donโt have enough words to describe how these two have contributed to our BFT Albany community. 500 classes says enough on its own about dedication and hard work. But these two go above and beyond just turning up. From challenges to Hyrox to benchmark PBs and more. Both Caro and Liv have gotten stronger, faster, and healthier. Additionally we love having them in class!! They definitely know how to balance fun with work!

Give a GIANT โWAHOOOโ to for his 250th class!
Mike is always one to show up with a smile, โgood morningโ and a commitment to working hard. We love seeing him walk through that door to brighten our morning!
In addition to sweating it out in the gym, he also does some pretty sweat inducing, high-flying activities that make him one of the most badass BFTers (in our opinion).

Another successful challenge with some amazing results! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
A little bit of insight into how we judge success here at BFT Albany:
1. You feel better
2. You turn up and develop consistent habits that work for YOUR life
3. You become more confident
For metrics and to pick our winners we look at body fat percentage and then calculate based on relative change, so everyone, no matter your goals or where you are starting, has a fair shot at the challenge.
BUT at the end of the day, we donโt care what the number on the scale says. We care that you have learned how to make lasting, impactful changes, and we care that you find your supportive community along the way.
Congrats to the winners but also congrats to everyone that participated and made those changes in their lives. You should all be proud of yourselves.
