No quick fix is going to give you the lasting results your looking for.

The gratification you’re looking for is delayed and a result of putting in the work.

My body was a byproduct of the internal shifts I made.

I knew I needed to heal my relationship with food.
I knew I needed more structure in my life.
I knew I wanted to become the healthiest, strongest and happiest version of me.

I was tired of feeling down in the dumps.
I was tired of feeling unfit and like I couldn’t keep up.
I was tired of not loving myself correctly.

At some point you have to stop saying next year, next week or tomorrow and just start…

Make the decision, commit and move.

Motivation never came knocking at my door step telling me to get off the couch.

Action creates momentum, momentum creates consistency and consistency creates results.

Your next upper body workout ⏭️

Dumbbell shoulder press
Cable single arm lateral raise
Cable face pull
Rear delt fly
Barbell upright row
Assisted wide grip row

Sets and reps are dependent on your goals.

If you want to focus on fat-loss aim for 10-20 rep range.

If you want to focus on strength and building muscle try 6-10 rep range.

I personally prefer following a workout program so I don’t have to think I just do. Thats exactly what you get on the WBR app. Structure that’s easy to follow. 💪🏻💕

Some days you feel strong, energised, locked in.
Other days everything feels heavier than it should.

That’s feedback.

Before you judge your performance ask:

Did I sleep enough?
Have I actually fuelled my body?
Where am I at mentally?
Am I stressed?

Your body doesn’t just randomly underperform.

It responds to how you treat it.

There was a time I could barely get out of bed.

Low energy.
Constant stress.
No structure with food.
Completely disconnected from my body.

I was under-fuelled. Overstimulated. And running on empty.

Everything changed when I stopped fighting my body
and started supporting it.

Better nutrition.
More awareness.
Less chaos internally.

Now I feel the difference in my energy, mood and performance.

The more you learn to work with your body
the better you’ll train, recover, and progress. 💪🏼
