Fast bowlers put more through their bodies than almost anyone in the game. Repeated high-intensity efforts, heavy ground impact, and long spells demand a recovery routine that supports durability and consistency.

A fantastic evening on Friday night at the New Zealand International Convention Centre, celebrating the players, volunteers and clubs who have made the 2025/26 season such a success.
Great to recognise excellence across community and high performance cricket, and to bring the Auckland cricket whānau together to reflect on another strong season.
