Back in red light means a lot more of us are working from home again so here's one way to mix up your day and get the body moving - the ♥️ challenge! All hearts cards are short n sharp workouts which only take up to 10mins, so pick a card at random on your break and get a sweat on! Might want to turn the video off if you've got a zoom call straight after though 🥵😁

5♣️ for today’s workout in sunny Ngāmotu. Taranaki was hiding in the clouds 🗻 so we got a photo with Paritutu instead.
Those V-ups in the “for time” finisher are extra brutal when wedged between the Russian twists and plank!

Jack Wods was a lockdown inspired idea that came from the frustration of trying to figure out a new workout during lockdown life Every. Single. Day. Lots of great apps and sites for workouts but a few weeks into lock down motivation fizzed out and needed a simpler approach of just randomly picking a workout and doing it, no excuses. Having workouts split by time also got rid of the “ah I’ve only got X mins before my next zoom meeting so no time for exercise“ excuse. So Jack Wods was created, a simple tangible way to get a sweat on.
