Meet Lucy….

From client to instructor ✨

Lucy fell in love with our community and studio pretty quickly, and it’s been so special watching her grow into the instructor role. She is such a people person and genuinely wants everyone who walks through the doors to leave feeling 10x better than when they arrived 🫶🏼

A few little Lucy facts:
• Owns more activewear than actual going out clothes
• Pilates socks are slowly taking over her normal sock drawer
• Loves netball
• Will always choose group fitness over training solo in the gym
• Absolutely loves meeting new people

Her little motto:
“Just show up and your body will take care of the rest….it’ll thank you later.”

Favourite things to teach? Anything core or lunges 🔥

She’s honestly just so excited to be here and we can’t wait for you all to get to know her properly.
