Most classes are starting back next week. Check online calendar and bookings for availability.

EVERYONE MUST BOOK EVERY CLASS ONLINE NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to ensure accurate contact tracing and good class management.

Classes will be operating under Ministry of Health guidelines and as they have been applied to the venue. For all school halls and Auckland City Council halls there is a 10 person limit.

For the Parnell club, gym rules will apply with 1m minimum distance between all participants and no contact. Classes will be strictly limited in size.

No spectators allowed at any venue unless it is within 10 person limit which includes instructor.

Everyone must either scan Covid 19 QR Code or sign in. Wash hands with sanitiser or soap before and after class. Observe good social distancing at all time and if entrance already occupied please wait.

Note classes will start a few minutes later and finish a few minutes earlier to allow members to enter and exit the building and maintain social distancing.

Information will be released today about our online classes and how you can book into these classes.

You will need to book via our booking app/internet system.

Online class schedule will be released over the weekend.

We suspect Auckland maybe in lockdown for longer than the initial 3 days. Given this we will be organising some online classes.

If this does become necessary Members will need to book into these online classes via our Booking System. Details will be released after Govt announcements today.

As per NZ Government's request we will not be able to hold classes for the rest of this week.

Classes next week are on but are subject to any further announcements from Government.

Real karate is more than just punching and kicking.

New classes are starting in Pt Chevalier and Mt Albert, Mt Roskill and and Mt Eden areas from 20 July.
