Boulder Co Auckland

The team have been out in force today, with a fresh set on the Corridor right, plus a reset on the Setters Studio. Guest setter Aidan is back in the house bringing his usual flair, and we could not think of a better send-off than a big team day on the tools.

This one is bittersweet, it is Celine's last set with Boulder Co. Auckland. Celine has been an incredible part of the team and has put up some amazing blocks over her time here. We are going to miss her enormously. Get in this week, enjoy the new sets, and if you see Celine around give her a big send-off. Drop your thoughts on Beta Bud and have a good week everyone!

Thursday set is up on the Archway!

Two sets this week means double the fun. Oli has joined the team on the tools today for a full day of crafting some great new climbs.

Important information:

Tomorrow we begin our transfer to a new gym software.

Due to the slight delay in the transfer of data, some members may see their monthly or fortnightly billing coming out a few days later than normal for this month. (it will revert to normal for upcoming billing cycles)

Don't fret! You can still climb during this time.

Also, as part of the transfer, we will not be able to accept the following tomorrow (Tuesday 19th May 2026)

- New Memberships or 10 Passes
- Bookings for groups or classes
- Edits to existing Memberships or 10-Passes

From Wednesday 20th May 2026, everything should be sweet as.

We are also keeping our old software alive, so if you have any questions or concerns we can consult our existing records to sort it out.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

New Barrel set just dropped, and it looks like it's taken out one of our setters in the process.

The setters have gone bigger, bolder, and more dynamic than usual on this one. Expect powerful movement, creative sequences, and problems that'll keep you coming back.

We're switching it up.

From Wednesday 20th May 2026 (this coming Wednesday) all three Boulder Co. gyms are moving to a new gym software.

This will be huge improvements to our systems, and make life easier for everyone.

As part of the switch we will be requiring all visitors to re-sign a waiver (don't worry it doesn't take long), however this will be much easier for parents or those signing for under 18's than it was previously.

Have a scroll through the images for a little more detail, and we will be keeping everyone informed early next week.

We've worked long and hard getting this change to fruition, and we're super stoked to be bringing you guys a better overall experience.

Please be patient and kind to our staff as we all learn the in's and out's of the new system! We might be a little slower than usual for a day or two.

Block out your Wednesday nights ladies, it's climbing time!

Starting May 20th at 6:30pm, Wāhine Wednesdays is a weekly, social meet-up for women to come together, chat, climb and connect.

This is a free (just pay for gym entry), uncoached class, but we'll have a staff member there to break the ice and facilitate the group.

No need to book, just rock up, meet by the Spray Wall, and have a good time!
