Just finished a mean leg day workout, getting the gains and pushed myself to the next level with some of the exercises! Now chilling having a post workout whey isolate protein shake by Muscle Nation, you really should try this brand, tastes great and has everything you need to help with your recovery and muscle growth!
Also shout out to Jordan always been a inspiration, an legit one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Can't forget Rebel Sport NZ either, the clothing is on point each time!

When your gets hard, that's when you know you're doing something right. If you're starting to feel tired or like you can't go anymore, that's the time when you need to push yourself.
Once you get passed that hurdle the urge to give up becomes less, your body will start feeling , and your will benefit greatly. You will soon notice you're reaching small then setting new one's 😁
Keep in mind we all have our strengths and weaknesses when working on our fitness but tell me this... What's your all time go to routine that keeps you each week??
