Finally, we’d like to introduce you to our incredible coaching team for the 2026 season: Cat Teo-Linnartz, Lucy Nixon and Jess Chambers.
Cat is a cannons alumn who has taken up a coaching role this year. She brings experience, and dedication to this team- helping our players become the best versions of themselves on the field. Cat brings the big brains to the operation, somehow managing to keep track of all of our plays and players.
Lucy Nixon stepped into a coaching role with enthusiasm. Another former cannons player, she brings a wealth of experience, excitement, and good vibes. Lucy is our sunshine on the sideline, even when it’s pouring rain - she is always smiling and hyping up our teammates.
Jess Chambers, our player-coach, completes the trio! Jess was introduced in our player profiles so we won’t reinvent the wheel but she is a strong and steady force on the field. Jess leads by example, showing you how it’s done with an insane layout, a well-timed cut, and hyped sideline talk.
We’re lucky to have these three on our coaching staff. Ready for nationals 🔥☄️

Jess Jenkins, #34
Jess Jenkins - she is a weapon and dark horse on the field, blink and you’ll miss her rapid cuts, pin-point throws, and scuba’s to break any zone. She has a wicked sense of humour, die-hard support and grit for her teammates and a buttery British accent to top that all off! We are lucky to have this uniclo-loving chica on our team!

Michelle Lee, #28
Michelle, Michelle, Michelle the woman that you are!
This girl is well-traveled, covering every inch of the field in a single game. Whether she’s up in the clouds getting some stupidly high grab or getting up close and personal with the local worms with her crazy layout grabs.
You know she means business when those sunnies are on. Even if you can’t see her eyes you always know where shes heading, the right place at the right time Right as you think there’s no hope on stall 9, she’s always there to bail you out of those sticky situations
An absolute dog on defence and a cool calm and collected gal on offence, it’s a pleasure to have her on the team. Can’t wait to see what she has in store for us this weekend!!!

Kiara Chin, #95
Never without a smile on her face, this girl will crack a joke with you on the field and then roast you deep for the score. She’s speedier than a cannonball, her cuts are sharper than glass, and her hops take her into outer space. She has the best sideline presence out there, always ready to hype a teammate up (and get a help D in the process). Kiara brings both the intensity and the laughs to every game. Her only weakness? Those ankles.

Sophie Rogers
Sophie our speed machine will cut ya and have you spinning around in circles! She’s a menace on the field and sweetie off the field. Don’t take our word for it, give it a red hot crack in welly 😉

Jessica Chambers, #27
Jess is truly one of the most versatile players out there! She can play anywhere on the field and is also one of our amazing captains and an assistant coach.
Jess will leave you in the dust and roof you too. Watch out when she’s on the mark, she’s always on the lookout for a cheeky footblock. Jess is great at hyping the team up, even if we don’t quite understand what she’s saying through the Irish accent. Look out for her crazy bids and great cheers at nationals.

Zoe De Surville, #25
Don’t be fooled - she does have arms, and they’re in much better shape than her knees! Zoe is a WORKHORSE, cutting here, there and everywhere leaving you standing on the field wondering where she is now. You’ll struggle to rattle her because she’s as cool as a cucumber under pressure. As a team mate, Zoe boasts kindness and proudly wears one of the biggest smiles on the team! Catch her on the field at Nats (or don’t because she’ll probably toast ya) 🔥

Vic King, #2
Spotted on the frisbee field: Vic, with her cap on, hood up and chair in hand. Serving straight snags, and enough speed to keep her defender eating dust. One minute she’s got the d, the next she’s busting it deep like Forrest Gump 💨 Blink and you’ll miss her.
XOXO 💋🥏✨

Emma Pender, #14
She’s got the height, she’s got the speed, and she’s got the confidence to match. Skying you in the endzone or burning past you on the break, Emma makes it look effortless. All the way from Ireland, she’s brought the wind and rain with her - hopefully not at Nationals… Blink and you’ll miss her, but you won’t forget her.

Tori Bailey, #22
Introducing Tori! Our Canadian import that really embodies our theme of anticipa(Tori) defence. As a hybrid, she never ceases to surprise us with her bottomless bag of throws. And as you would expect a Canadian to be, she is always polite and so so sweet (to comfort the defence after roasting them up the line). On the sideline, she is the biggest hype woman, and we always feel bolstered by her support from the sideline! We can’t wait to catch her scubas and thumbers up in windy welly (she’s been practicing hard 🔨)

Ellen Hammond, #37
Ellen Hammond has rowed straight onto the frisbee field and into our hearts. With her strong cuts, tight defence and sassy remarks she puts it all out there on the field keeping everyone on their toes. See her zoom past as she goes deep, and when she scores (which will be often) you may even catch a glimpse of her spirit animal; the mighty leopard - locked in on the hunt, napping after the game
