Excited to be working with Donna is an understatement.
We’re supporting this incredible human on her fitness journey, and this was our very first meeting together.
The goal of this session was simple to learn more about Donna and understand what success would look like for her over the next 12 months.
Speaking with Donna this week was a powerful reminder of how easy it is to take the small things for granted simple things like walking to the shops or going up the stairs without struggling.
These everyday moments are the goals we’re working towards.
We’ll be sharing parts of Donna’s journey along the way. If you’d like to show your support, comment 💙 below.
