Kudos, To each and every one of you 🏁

Whether you ran, walked, talked, watched or donated. Our collective impact has made change beyond what the eye can see 👀

There are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. In order to be considered "well", it is imperative for all of these areas to be supported. As individuals these elements continue to develop over time with different wants and needs.

Together we have the power to support each other with the knowledge we hold or seek and running has proven to be a great place to share and get amongst a hearty chat.

Our mission to raise awareness on Mens Mental Health & Su***de Prevention started with a target of $3,000.00 and a distance goal of 3,000km. Our Auckland crew embarked on this journey from a place of physical isolation. Whilst our Wellington partners were lead by with support from 🍕🥤

Reflecting on the month that was;. It’s fair to say we’ve made a lot of noise, with the help of 144 teams across Australasia. We hope for these conversations to continue as we strive towards a society that reflects more of what we wish to see in the world. ❤️

The funds raised go to a magnitude of Men’s Health Programs, you can indulge in those resources at the website.

A special mention to the heads at for unifying these crews from across the ditch. World 🌍

Individually your efforts are phenomenal, we see each and every one of you. 🔗

Thank you from the bottom of our GR heart ❤️‍🔥

On a cold winter’s morning in May 2020, we summoned four of our earliest soles to the Grafton Cemetery to catch the first light.

Riddled amongst the tombstones our team rebirths through the nature of our urban landscape and persevere to open spaces and natural light.

Use this cinematic experience as an invitation, motivation and reintroduction to capturing mental clarity post exercise.
