⛳️ This morning Kyle Maihi (manager) and Whaitiri Preston (player representative) headed to Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club to acknowledge the club and their team for opening their whare to Tāmaki Jr Māori. This opportunity made it possible for us to participate in the Auckland Jr Inter Club and host other clubs during the round robin.

As a thank you, Whaitiri presented William D***s (PGA Trainee Professional) and Ed Chapman (Director of Golf) with hand carved pounamu by Jason NATHAN. For the team, the toki represents the mahi William and Ed put in, to help carve a path for us as a team.

A special mihi must go to Auckland Golf. With the funding provided by AGI, the team was able to receive coaching by William during the inter club season, investing into junior golf.
