The countdown is on.

The Bowls and Para Bowls draw and competition schedule for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games have been released, confirming our sport will provide the first sporting action of the Games.

Following unprecedented demand from Commonwealth Games Associations, an extra day of competition has been added, giving even more opportunities for athletes to compete and fans to experience the action.

With a fast-paced new format, four matches played simultaneously and seven Commonwealth Games titles to be decided, Glasgow 2026 promises to be a memorable showcase for Bowls and Para Bowls.

At Glasgow 2026, that story continues with siblings Milika and Chad Nathan, who will proudly represent Tonga together at their first Commonwealth Games. Their journey is a reminder that the Games are not only about medals, but also about community, heritage and the pride of representing your nation alongside those closest to you.
