TONIGHT - There will be no power tonight (10 July) due to work commitments and sick families sorry. You could try 24.1 in the comments below 👇 if you're looking for something to push your engine this week 🔥

SEASON CHANGE - As many of you know, B-Zone is not what it used to be. Part of the challenge has been having our own people becoming coaches, which isn't as a longterm plan. It's reached a point where Gabez, Mark & Willie are unable to continue coaching after next week. So...we will have two more power classes on Mon 15 & Wed 17 July. We're unsure what this will mean for the future of B-Zone, but our manager will keep us updated. Hopefully this will give an opportunity for B-Zone to develop over-time 🫶

GET TOGETHER - As a final get-together before this season change, we're going to have a special team workout for power on Wed 17 July @ 6pm. We invite anyone connected to B-Zone (old & new) to come along for a fun finale. And of course, we'd love to keep in touch after that 🥳
