A reminder to wear something green tonight, we're giving thought and raising money for Mental Health Awareness Week.
All our gold coin donations for this week are being forwarded to this very worthy cause. Let's see how much we can raise together 💚

Brendan, a good friend and techno whiz at Trade Digital has officially put us on the map. Thanks to his hard work and creativity we have a beautiful website. Something we're very proud of and encourage you to browse. You'll learn a lot about the ZSF team!
If you need a website builder, SEO help or someone to set you up with Google Business, he is definitely your guy.
Give him a follow, a like and reach out.

Come and join in the fun at our community Zumba classes in Tuakau. Suitable for all ages and skill levels, we make sure that every participant feels included and leaves with a smile and a sweat.

💛 **IT’S FINALLY HERE… ZUMBA GOLD!** 💛

We’ve kept you waiting long enough! After teasing that something new was coming, we’re SO excited to finally share what we’ve been working on. 🥰

Thanks to the generous support of **Tuakau Community Board**, we’re able to bring our amazing Franklin community **Zumba Gold** — a class designed especially for seniors, those who are less mobile, or anyone who is ready to begin (or return to) their movement journey. 💛

Just like our other community classes, **Zumba Gold is just a gold coin donation** — because we believe movement, connection and a whole lot of fun should be accessible to everyone.

We’ve completed specialised training so we can bring you a class featuring:
✨ Lower-impact movements
✨ Easier-to-follow choreography
✨ Verbal AND visual cueing
✨ Plenty of encouragement, smiles and community spirit!

📅 **Starting October**
🗓️ **First Wednesday of every month**
⏰ **10:00–10:45am**

Whether it’s for you, your mum, dad, grandparents, friends or someone you know who could benefit from a little more movement and connection — **please spread the word!** 💛

We’ve been wanting to bring this to our Franklin community for a long time, and we couldn’t be more excited that it’s finally happening.

**Come move with us. Come connect with us. Come have some fun. 💛**
