The Penergy Plan is personalised coaching for women 40+ who want their energy, strength, and confidence back, without guessing or burning out.
This is not a generic programme or a rigid set of rules. It’s built around the realities of your 40s, changing hormones, busy lives, disrupted sleep, and a body that no longer responds to the old “try harder” approach.
Your Penergy Plan is tailored to you and focuses on the four pillars that actually matter at this stage of life:
Nutrition that supports energy, hormones, and body composition
Training that builds strength and resilience without overdoing it
Mindset to rebuild confidence, consistency, and self-trust
Sleep strategies that support recovery, mood, and mental clarity
You’ll have a clear plan, ongoing guidance, and adjustments as your body and life change, so you’re not constantly starting over.
This is for women 40+ who want a sustainable way to feel strong, capable, and in control of their body again, not a quick fix or another programme that doesn’t stick.

I see so many women in their 40s who used to know exactly how to eat and train to get results.
Now those same tricks barely move the needle, and their energy, sleep, and motivation don’t respond the way they used to.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means your body has changed, and the old rules don’t apply anymore.
And that’s OK.
You might be thinking you only need to ask one or two questions.
You’re right.
That’s exactly why I offer the Re-Charge Me Call.
It’s an in-depth yet fast 45-minute call with me where you can ask those questions, talk things through, and get clear on what actually matters for your body right now.
We focus on what’s tripping you up, whether that’s energy, sleep, food, training, or motivation, and I help you leave with clear direction on what to work on next.
No overwhelm.
No pressure.
No bells and whistles.
Just clarity, confidence, and momentum.
If you feel close, but not quite there, this call is your reset.
👉 45 minutes. $99. Re-Charge Me Call.

Sleep in your 40s.
A whole new sport you did not sign up for.
You finally get warm, comfy, half dreaming
then boom
wide awake for no reason.
Hormone weather shifts.
Stress sits heavy.
Your brain decides to rehearse every conversation you ever had.
You are not broken.
Your body is changing.
Your sleep routines need to change with it.
When your sleep steadies, everything steadies.
Mood. Cravings. Training. Decisions.
That inner battery you keep talking about.
I’m going to put together a simple sleep pdf for the 40+FCC that cuts the fuss and shows you what actually helps your midlife brain switch off.
No spoilers.
Just tell me if you want it.
Tonight
Spot one thing that keeps you from switching off
and remove it.
Comment SLEEP and I will send it to you when it’s done!

BE HONEST 🫣 What’s the first thing you zoom in on when you see a picture of yourself?….,
🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ll go first. Stomach. I alway look at my stomach.
Not great when that’s the part that changes a lot in peri-menopause and beyond!

Sometimes I you feel just so exhausted you can’t think straight? Or is that brain fog?
It’s hard to know if I need a big sleep or it’s peri-menopause.
And then I realise I had a big weekend of being outside 🏌️‍♀️🏊‍♀️🗻🥾and I’m not 20 anymore 🫣.
Part of creating the next version of ME
- is understanding recovery looks different now
- appreciating the body and functionality I have
- focusing on protein after activity
- planning better sleep opportunities in my day and long weekend
- knowing that not remembering everything under the sun is ok too.
Have you got a new plan as you transition to the new you?

Loving seeing food journals coming in from clients. Retraining women to love all food groups is a true passion of mine. Bread is not evil. And neither is pasta. All foods play a key role in your hormone balance. It’s just about getting the right balance as you get a bit older. The only evil food is peas! 🤢🫛🤣

Some days it ago to go out and have a blast and completely let go. It makes staying in target for the weeks ahead easier if you know you can have a bit of a mini break.
Some coaches call them refers days or diet breaks. I call it a fun weekend out. We all deserve to live life right?!
Being healthy and fit shouldn’t be constant punishment.
