New 8-week planning block kicks off next week on Tuesday 4th November (outlined below).
Could be a great time to start as the season is already here, with the Beach Series and Kohi Summer Swim Series both having begun. You’ll need to get some pool training in so youre comfortable in those weekly training events and also the bigger events.
