More than 7 months without running…5 months after ACL surgery, let’s see how it will take to reach my 5km in 20min 😬.
I’ll be sharing a bit of my routine mostly with personal workouts and some times my client’s. Online sessions are available

Push up is an important movement pattern and everyone should be able to do it the full version, start on your knees and build up until you are able to do the full Push Up 👊🏼
Remember to start small, it’s not about quantity but quality…start with 1 repetition if you need, and slowly increase the number.

After running and bike, I got home and seated to watch TV, when I stand up to have a snack I felt tight…so, foam roller, stretch and mobility and o wake up new tomorrow for more 😎

Treadmill run and then pushing on the bike on the way back home … use your commuting as a workout, use the time you have to evolve and get healthier 👊🏼

Small detour to go to work…you can always make your time count…use it well and get the benefits of it…either making a detour so you can have a workout out of it or if you go by bus walk a bit longer to the next bus station or drop one station prior to your normal and walk the rest of the way 👊🏼
