Back in 2010 and 2011, Futura founder & CEO Glen Reid participated in offshore powerboat racing. His boat was a Sonic 1900 SS, designed by Chris Barlett, at the time fitted with a 150 horsepower 4 stroke Honda motor.

Sitting on a Futura T575 Trailer, it is the perfect match to get the boat to and from its launch location with ease, safety and style.

In the coming months, Glen’s son Jesse will be firing it up once again to compete in boat racing, keeping the legacy alive 🚤

Check out this beauty! Sam Cane's boat is a Stabicraft 1550 Fisher with a Yamaha F70 outboard motor - sitting nicely on a S505 Futura trailer!

Sam says he chooses Futura trailers because there’s “no welds, no cracks and no worries”.

And he’s right. Our trailers use no welds, so they don’t crack like some other trailers. In addition to this, the anodised aluminium construction means it’s also much lighter and less likely to corrode.

Our trailers are designed to last the lifetime of your craft.
