Dear valued WIN.O customers and supporters,

After three incredible years and more than 2,500 orders from over 1,100 customers, WIN.O’s e-commerce store is closing indefinitely. During this time, we proudly served customers across New Zealand, and as far afield as Norway and North Dakota, delivering hundreds of SnackPacks and distributing a unique range of discs, accessories, and collectibles.

All outstanding orders and pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, in line with the stated delivery timeframes. Valid gift certificates can still be redeemed at select on-site vending locations until the end of the 2025 Tour Down Under season.

I am currently considering a few options for the future of WIN.O, which includes selling the business and supporting a new owner to rebrand and revitalise the e-commerce store, transitioning to a different business model, or potentially winding things down. If you or someone you know is interested in discussing these ideas and opportunities, I’d love to hear from you.

WIN.O's online store has been compromised, and I am currently unable to access the associated Shopify account, web and email hosting. I cannot generate shipping labels, contact customers, access the e-commerce store or perform other essential tasks. Once we regain access to the store, WIN.O's e-commerce operation will be suspended indefinitely.
