Ella has been working so hard despite taking a small break due to sickness. She has been so consistent with her steps and macros, all whilst killing it at the gym!

Hips: β¬οΈ 4.5cm
Glutes: β¬οΈ 7cm
Weight: maintained due to body recomp goals π
I am so beyond proud of how much Ella has achieved in ONLY 9 weeks!! Her measurements say it all! Her goal of body recomposition means she is gaining muscle whilst losing fat mass- thus the scales remain weight stable!
