Yoga and Pilates provide significant benefits for physical and mental health, including increased core strength, improved flexibility, better posture, reduced stress, and lower injury risk via improving balance and body awareness.
We have many classes that help build a strong core (powerhouse strength: comprising of the abdominals, back, hips and pelvic muscles) providing a stable foundation for movement, reducing lower back pain and enhancing overall functionaliry of your body.
All of our classes are low-impact, accessible, and emphasize mindful, controlled movement.
The heat helps your body move, sweat and burn calories ❤️🔥

Congrats to our Instructor trainees having nearly all now taught their first class now! Thanks to all the lovely crew we have, making them feel welcome and giving them positive encouragement. It isn't easy to get up there in front, but they are doing it - and doing it well 🔥
So grateful for all the kind friendly faces that walk through the doors. Thanks for making Well Trained a great space to practice ✨

✨Great weekend at Well Trained with gems, smashed out the in house training for HIIT Pilates and Full Body Burn classes, and an awesome workshop on day 3 that got us all inspired and laughing, with Gary 🔥 Look out for some future classes, new faces, as they now get the most vital, hands on experience!

What to know when attending WT ✨
🔥We enjoy a positive, welcoming environment. No competing, no ego, you do you.
🔥 Please arrive early as the door is locked when class begins!
🔥 Please do not be on your phone during class, and no filming. Enjoy time away from gadgets.
🔥 We encourage mindfulness. Listen to your body, modify and rest when you need.
🔥You cannot "out train" a bad diet. As EXCELLENT as the heat is to boost metabolism and shift weight, its important to nourish your body with healthy food and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
🔥Consistency is key, no one got flexible from 1 Yoga class. No one got a strong core from 1 Pilates class. You are as strong as your strongest excuse!
🔥 Bookings must be made everytime on the Mindbody booking app, favourite the Studio ❤️
