THIS IS MORE THAN A RACE.

When The Ocean Race comes to Auckland in 2027, the world's best sailors won't just be racing around the planet.

They're helping scientists understand it.

The Ocean Race's boats collect valuable data from the ocean as they race through some of the most remote waters on Earth — contributing to research into ocean health, climate change and pollution. 🔬🌊

So when the fleet arrives in Auckland, you're not simply watching an incredible sporting spectacle.

You're experiencing part of a global event built around:

⛵ Extreme sailing
🌊 Ocean science
🔬 Innovation
🤝 Teamwork
🌱 Protecting our oceans

And there's nowhere better to experience it than from the water.

Experience Group, in association with 18K Sports, is providing hospitality for The Ocean Race Auckland Stopover 2027, with packages including food & beverage and a boat trip on the Hauraki Gulf on each race day.
