Simon has been my online client for the past 3 months. We have been preparing for this event as a lead up to him competing in the pro division later this year.

We did a lot of learning during this period, an extensive amount of good data collected, and his prep for Pro Hyrox later in the year will be far greater.

Simon did extremely well taking first place in this event. He had worked very hard, even had some setbacks, but persevered, and when it comes to putting in effort you'll be hard pressed to find a harder worker than Simon.

Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables:

Steak
200g sirloin steak seasoned with salt, pepper, and herbs, grilled or pan-seared to preferred doneness.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
150g mashed potatoes prepared with a touch of garlic, milk, and a small amount of butter or olive oil (10g fat)
Roasted Vegetables
Assorted roasted vegetables like carrots, Brussels sprouts, and red bell peppers, seasoned with herbs.

Macronutrient breakdown:
Protein: Approximately 50g
Carbohydrates: Approximately 45g
Fat: Approximately 20g
Calories: Around 430
