Papakura HER Project Session 4: Yesterday we brought these girls to for a Bootcamp style workout and a shared lunch! π―ππΌββοΈ
Workout 45sec on/ 15sec off 3 sets at each station with 1 minute rest between stations! β¨
S1: KB Squats

Recap of Session 3: Recovery and healthy snack making! π§πΌββοΈπ
We started off with a small yoga flow led by .furness showing these young ladies the importance of stretching and mobility. We then finished off with a guided meditation led by one of our leaders
For the rest of the workshop we focused on easy, yummy & healthy snacks.
