⚡️We focused on improving leg balance while teaching proper body alignment, knee positioning, and clean points of contact so the movement makes sense, not just looks good (and he can re-do it by himself other days).

Fast direction changes need 3 things ⚡️
Force. Ground contact. Alignment.
Train it like this 👇
• Get stronger = harder brakes + faster push
• Hit the ground fast (bounds, pogos, hops)
• Drop hips, chest up, plant outside
Then test it:
5–10–5 | T-drill | Cut + sprint
