Also wanting to move some winter kilos?

Here’s some helpful tips:
- start knowing where you’re at so you can track it and get excited about each win
- have a plan! Don’t wing it, be prepared.
- eat clean, clean, clean and yes get rid of the alcohol
- use hard fast short burst cardio as well as resistance training for exercise
- ensure through your eating and exercise you have an energy (calorie) deficit.

Most of all - don’t give up! There will be hard moments, but you’ll be so happy when in 10 weeks you can share the change with me!
