Preparing a new generation of Crossfitters through College Games 10/02/2025

Engaging in sports helps young people build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, all while encouraging a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle encompasses behaviors and attitudes surrounding nutrition, alcohol, and substances like smoking and va**ng. Through both competition and collaboration, youth learn critical values such as fair play, perseverance, respect for their bodies, and respect for others.

Our children are the future, and investing in them is key to ensuring our success as a community. In a world where mental and nutritional health are just as important as physical health, youth sports play an important role in reducing stress, improving mood, and boosting overall well-being. Teenagers need excitement and new experiences, and by combining that with the energy of a competition, we can nurture natural talent and healthier lifestyles led by our youth.

🚨🚨🚨Introducing THE COLLEGE YOUTH GAMES, powered by SWOLE FOODS.🚨🚨🚨

This partnership presents an incredible opportunity to educate our youth about the importance of nutrition, and what better way to do that than by collaborating with a company that is committed to prioritizing the health of their customers through nutritious, pre-made meals.

SwoleFoods was founded with a clear mission: to make healthy eating accessible whenever people need it. Now, we’re excited to bring this vision to the youth of New Zealand.

SwoleFoods’ chefs have taken your favorite everyday recipes and transformed them into clean, lean, high-protein super meals packed with nutrients, wholefoods, and incredible flavors.🤤🤤🤤 Now - they will endeavor to be fuel for our very competitors lining up for the Youth Games.

Healthy eating is a key focus of our event, and we’re grateful to Taran and Ksenia for embracing our vision and supporting our kaupapa. 🥰🥰
