We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy company. You will be the one to ensure the smooth running of the store, maximise sales, customer satisfaction and a happy crew, along with generating profitable returns.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and be able to motivate the staff to be happy and perform. You will have a hands-on approach and be involved in sales and customer service in all areas of the business including kayaks, roof racks, tourism and outdoor education. You will need to be able to show initiative and have a ‘solution focused’ attitude.

The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenue, develop new business, generate a fun work environment for all, continue to improve the company’s reputation and increase profits. 🏡 The passion and perseverance of local volunteers who have protected and preserved the Cottage for decades
