Cause we are awesome, have fun, have a laugh and sometimes get the middle finger from our clients who don't like that workout🤣

Nah we honestly are just real people, fully qualified trainers trying to help many people stay healthy, fit and push them selves.

It's not about flash adds just real people who train hard together and turn up to look after themselves weather its for work stress relief, mental health, get a break from the kiddies or just love to feel better after training.

Enjoy training this fella Michael Kulene , he comes in most nights and tell me Train with Keepa that his body is sore from the last training, we have a laugh and then he smashes out the workout, no moaning, heaps of effort and always a couple of laughs.
The effort you put in is unreal bro and look forward to comping with you next year, its a pleasure so keep up that mahi and Letzgo
