We started Senior Strength Club because so many of our members wanted their aging parents to lift weights safely, with proper coaching. We all want our parents to stay stronger, healthier, and more independent for longer.
This is a 45-minute semi-private personal training session for older adults.
Beginners welcome.
Small group.
Lots of coaching.

Welcoming and inclusive.
We meet Mum where she’s at and help her build strength safely.
And afterwards, everyone stays for a free morning tea, cuppa coffee, and a chat.
