Coming from a background of numerous boxing titles, training since the age of 9, including five consecutive national championships, I thought I knew a thing or two about training. But then I met Mohsen.
I first met him at the age of 13 as we both competed in a tournament. He introduced himself to me and my parents in such a manner that stuck with us for years until I met him again years later and he had started his own gym. It was like we had been mates for years even though it was only my second encounter with him.
Mohsen isn’t just a coach; he’s a mentor. He prioritizes safety above all else, ensuring longevity for every client. He doesn’t just drill you; he empowers you. He makes sure you understand ‘what’ you’re doing and ‘why’, building a foundation of knowledge that goes far beyond just physical training.
Mohsen helped me refine my approach to training, not just through the workouts themselves, but also by sharing intricate details about strength and conditioning that truly elevated my understanding. He was so passionate about the process, he actually encouraged me to pursue my personal training certificate and boxing coaches license.
