While the long weekend's are nice, it often means we only get 4 days to accomplish what we normally do in 5. With that, this week's inspiration comes from Bethany Hamilton, an American professional surfer, who had her left arm bitten off in a 2003 shark attack. But that didn't stop her as she worked her way back to professional surfing!
