If you’ve been thinking about starting… getting back into it… or just wanting something that feels different — this is your chance to step in and experience it for yourself.

At Active Soul, we take a holistic approach — building strength, improving movement, and creating space for your body to work with you, not against you.

Our classes are designed to complement each other, with options and progressions so every woman gets what she needs — wherever she’s at.

Active Souls members are invited to bring someone along — and we’re also welcoming a small number of new women to come and experience it for themselves.

Sessions will focus on the foundations — strength, movement, and the way everything builds over time when you train with intention.

We’ve just stated a new training block.

After a short reset phase, this is where we begin to rebuild — with intention, with structure and with the foundations in place.

Because real progress doesn’t come from constantly pushing.

It comes from knowing when to reset, when to build, and how to layer things over time.

That’s how strength develops.
That’s how consistency lasts.

And it’s exactly what we’re stepping into now.

This space isn’t about doing it perfectly — it’s about showing up, finding your rhythm and being supported while you do it.

We don’t always notice change while it’s happening.

Sometimes it’s in the moment of a single session — what your body can do today, how you move, how you feel afterwards.

And sometimes it’s something you only recognise when you look back over time — the consistency, the strength that’s been quietly building, the way things start to feel more natural than they used to.

Progress isn’t just individual either.
It’s also shared.

In the energy of a session.
In the encouragement between women.
In the small moments of connection, effort, and pause that happen along the way.

This is what builds something bigger than a single workout.

Active Soul is designed to meet women where they are.

For others, it means building momentum with two sessions across the week.

And for those wanting a fully supported, holistic approach, full immersion offers the opportunity to train across strength (outside and in the gym 1:1), cardio conditioning and endurance (on land and in the pool), mobility and recovery.
