I really love training in the park, we have room to combine mobility work on the grass as well as some heavier work with kettlebells and bars.

Some of my own training. 20 kg for 1 minute in a back bridge, any more than one plate then only with spots. I wouldn't really recommend this for a lot of people, I do it because I'm literally a circus acrobat, this is advanced training and you need your bridge solid before you start. Otherwise, this is a great static hold to really solidify your bridge.

Back day for the morning classes this morning! Time on the horse is always rough but worth it. I believe in strengthening in conjuction with flexibility work for back to ensure that we have strong and safe back bridges.
It's been a little while since I've one easy walkover training so they're a but messy, this is a movement pattern with a high entry cost. Took me years to open up my back and shoulders enough to do it safely. Going through a stag position makes it a bit easier to balance for the handstand pushup at the end. Frankly it is really fun, when the training is both hard and fun, that is the sweet spot that helps motivate you for more
Just as I get started, got locked down as a household contact. Will be getting released on Thursday, so looking forward to seeing people again. Here's a cut of some of the floor work we did in the last class I filmed.
This is one of my favourite shoulder/rotator cuff exercisees. I left it at my natural speed for the first of each variation. The swing is there to add the upright stablization and to make it full body. I use it as a variation of my swings, it is powerful in building a strong rotator cuff and for longevity of your shoulders, especially if you are doing lots of aerial work or handstands. Keep in mind that this is an advanced progression, get comfy with your swings and your upright holds first. Make sure you get a good handle on each level before moving onto the next.
