AUCKLAND/NORTH HARBOUR U18 AND U15 TRIAL APPLICATIONS

KEY INFORMATION

Trials will be on Friday 29th July at Westlake Girls' on the artificial football pitches.

You could be selected into the following teams:

Auckland U18 A
Auckland U18 B
Auckland U15 Blue
Auckland U15 White
North Harbour U18
North Harbour U15

You must have at least one season's playing experience (full season of club or school lacrosse) to be eligible to trial but if you don't, you must send a recommendation from your coach before the trial to Marina Samountry at [email protected].

Registrations close on Friday 22nd July.

2016 TRIALS - NEXT WEEK

MONDAY 4 APRIL - 3:30pm-5pm
B and C Trials. This trial will be for all new players. Please bring boots and a mouthguard - sticks will be provided.

TUESDAY 5 APRIL - 3:30pm-5pm
Premier Team Trials

This trial will be used to select players for the Prem team. Players from the B and C team who want to trial may choose to attend Monday OR Tuesday OR both. Please try and encourage your friends who you think would be a good fit in the team to come. We will also shoulder tap new players on Monday to attend this trial.

Teams will be selected by the end of the week. GOOD LUCK :)

Avondale 13 - Whangaparoa 3

The girls finished the round robin part of the league strong with this convincing win. The girls used a number of plays and played exceptional defence.

We finish in the top four meaning we will be contending the for top of the league and heading to Nationals!

Second to last week of round robin games and the girls have come away with another strong win.

Avondale 17 - Pinehurst 3

The girls really came together and scored the majority of their goals off set plays which was very impressive.

Player of the day was Jordan for her consistency and especially ground ball pick-ups.

Avondale 12 - Western Springs 7

Great game from the girls this afternoon! We saw some solid team work overall but in particular our straight attackers and straight defenders really started gelling together.

Player of the day was Chunmin for her relentless defence and great reading of the game.

Starting Monday off the best way possible... with morning training 👊

How determined are you? If you're a team player, love lacrosse and have a positive attitude come to our Premier squad trials on MONDAY 30 March. Bring your stick, mouth guards and boots and show us what you got! See you there!
