❗️ ATTENTION HIIT GAMERS ❗️

We want to make the games available for anyone no matter your current fitness levels and abilities.

We are aware that some of the movements seem daunting/"impossible" so we made sure that there are regression/alternative that you can do instead.

The HIIT Games are all about you pushing yourself out of your own comfort zone!

You will love the feeling of excitement before and during the games.

And you will love the feeling of achievement when you get your medal!

Don't forget to bring along your significant other, kids, friends to help you push through the blocks.

Here is the second block of work! 💪👌

After you've completed an exercise you will do a 40m farmers walk before moving into the next exercise.

Kettlebell weights are:
Males 16kg and 20kg.
Females 12kg and 16kg.

THE PLANK WAVE 😲

This might not look like the hardest HIIT movement, but when you do it right it's a killer AND the perfect exercise to show off how HIIT you are!

Make sure your waves reach the end of rope and keep your body in a straight line to have your reps counted!

We are making sure the HIIT games are open to all fitness levels and abilities!

There will be two waves on the day.

1. The first wave will be our competitive wave.

This wave is for everyone who want to be on the leaderboard and take a shot at the stage!

2. The second wave will be non-competitive.

In this wave you're not competing for first prize but you still get through the same courses and you still get on the leaderboard to track your speed!

In this second wave we will also have an beginners/intermediate level where some stations have regressions available :)

Regardless of your finish time, everyone get's a finisher medal and certificate because this whole event is about pushing yourself the hardest you can to test your fitness and strength! 💪

That's what the HIIT games are all about. Push yourself to the limit to complete the two courses as fast as you can!
