โšก TWO FREE LIVE SESSIONS

๐Ÿง  TUESDAY 20 OCTOBER | 7โ€“8 PM (NZDT)

PLAY BRAVE โ€“ Building Confidence & Performing Under Pressure
Anna Veale | Mental Performance Coach

Confidence isn't just something you either have or don't have. It's something you can develop.

Anna will explore how young athletes can build confidence, manage nerves, respond to mistakes and perform under pressure โ€” helping them develop the mental skills to back themselves both on and off the field.

๐Ÿฅ— WEDNESDAY 21 OCTOBER | 7โ€“8 PM (NZDT)

FUELING SPORT & SCHOOL
Dr Katie Schofield (PhD) | Elite Sports Nutritionist

Young athletes are growing, training, competing and recovering โ€” and their bodies need the right support to do it all.

Katie will explore what young athletes really need to fuel their bodies, how to recognise whether they're eating enough, what balanced meals look like and how to build a positive relationship with food that supports both health and performance.

๐Ÿ’ฌ ASK THEIR OWN QUESTIONS!

Both sessions are LIVE and interactive, giving students, parents and coaches the opportunity to ask their own questions and hear directly from Anna and Katie.
There's no cost to attend, and everyone is welcome.

Celebration time for KGC Football! โšฝ๐Ÿ†

Our Football team had an absolutely unforgettable season, finding their scoring boots early and putting on incredible performances to take out 1st place in our division! ๐Ÿฅ‡

From high-scoring thrillers to epic comebacks, our players showed true grit, heart, and skill every time they stepped onto the pitch.

A massive shoutout and heartfelt thank you to our Teacher in Charge, Mr. Jason Conway! Thank you for your relentless support, guidance, and passion for KGC Football, and, of course, for keeping us entertained with your legendary match write-ups! ๐Ÿ“œโšฝ

"We have our own epic tale to rival the magnificent Poem by Homer... It starts with our Heroine somewhat all at sea... 2-0 down... But in an epic turn of events we remember who we are and where we are from!! A triumph of NINE abouts to Five against."
