This 3-week course is designed especially for complete beginners. You'll be guided through the foundations of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment, with options to suit your body and ability.

No pressure, no expectations — just a chance to move, breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself and the community again.

There’s easy local parking with parking available under the building too.

Teenagers are invited to join our regular Monday 6pm yoga class throughout May at no cost. A chance to experience movement, breath, and relaxation in a welcoming community environment.
