Yang Style Tai chi 37 Move Short Form , for Beginners. A Video to Help Early Beginners Learn , the Taichi Yang Style 37 Move Short Form.
This Taichi Class Will Operate One Evening Per Week. Arnold Will Be Teaching Yang Style Taichi in the Lineage of Cheng Man Ching.
Student Will Learn The Five Loosening Exercises Developed By Master Huang and The Eight Directional QiGong Exercises World Famous For Learning Fall Prevention and Balance. The 37 Move Taichi Form Can Be Learnt in Nine Months and Will Provide the Student With Strong Legs Strong Heart Strength Gains and Very Good Balance.
