Being full-time working parents with young children, we tend to put focus on others first before we put focus on ourselves so I wanted to better understand ways that we can give back to ourselves with all the pressures of life.
I was a bit hesitant to attend the workshop at first being a typical kiwi male, but I’m absolutely stoked I did as they showed me ways that I can better control my anxiety and my temperament through different breathwork exercises and visualisation so I’m a better role model for my kids. You have to show up first if you want to show up for your kids and I feel like I have more tools in my belt to help me be a better person.
I’ve even brought some of the exercises into my son’s rugby games to help them focus and visualise what they want to achieve. Game changer!
Can’t wait for their full day workshop as I’ll definitely be attending that. Thanks so much Kelly and Regan - you guys are doing an amazing job to help us tackle the mental skills game!

“I FELT LIKE I HAD STEPPED INTO A NEW VERSION OF MYSELF - A STRONG, POWERFUL WOMAN CAPABLE OF SO MUCH MORE THAN I EVER BELIEVED POSSIBLE”. 💥
Attending the breath and mindset workshop on Sunday was truly mind-blowing.
I walked out feeling like I had been completely reset - mentally, emotionally, and even physically.
During the session, deep childhood trauma surfaced, and for the first time, I felt like I could truly let go.
What followed was an overwhelming sense of love, support, and this deep inner knowing that everything is going to be okay.
By the end, I felt like I had stepped into a new version of myself - a strong, powerful woman capable of so much more than I ever believed possible. This experience was more than just a workshop; it was a transformational moment in my life.
